Learn chef’s tricks to making a delicious seafood chowder with Sarah from Lantzville’s Riso restaurant and bakery.  Jennifer and Kelli from STIR will teach the techniques to their vegetarian chowder.  Also on the menu: a colourful fall slaw, cornbread and a dessert!
