Tantalize your tastebuds with rubs, mops and sauces paired in winning combinations with prawns, steaks and ribs. We will be serving up some delicious southern-style sides followed by a traditional dessert to finish off the evening. Beverage pairings begin with a cocktail followed by perfectly-paired wines.
