Healing Power of Turmeric
Ayurveda is the basis for every other medical system in the world today. It is the scientific exploration of the relationship between our bodies and the world around us. This workshop will teach you about the Ayurvedic system of living for health and balance in an easy-to-access way (8:30am to 11:30am), while providing you with a 4-hour cooking class component to put these principles into practice (12:30pm to 4:30pm)!
