Raw Foods with Diana Marchand Wednesday, April 30, 6:30-8:30pm at Costin Hall, Lantzville

This chef demo class will introduce you to fresh and nourishing raw culinary creations.  Diana will share the health benefits of including more raw food in your diet and teach you the kitchen techniques that will inspire and empower you to try raw recipes at home.

STIR Cooking School wants to invite you to “stir up your kitchen” with healthy, creative classes for seasoned cooks and rookies.

We believe cooking is a vital skill connecting people to their food sources and each other.

Through hands on classes and demos you will be inspired to get back in the kitchen and cook or expand your existing repertoire.

The cooking classes at STIR will all be based on whole, healthy food.  We want to educate and inspire all levels of cooks to prepare their own meals and snacks to improve their health as well as foster connections within their families and the community.

Kid’s Cooking Class Kid’s Favourites with a Healthy Twist

On this Pro-D day send your child to cooking school where they can learn how to prepare a healthy meal.

Tuesday, February 25th, 11-2pm at Costin Hall, Lantzville In this hands-on class kids will learn essential cooking techniques as well as kitchen safety.  As they prepare a nutritious snack, lunch and dessert we will infuse the cooking lesson with fun food facts and healthy tips.    For ages 9-12 (Grades 5-7)  Class Cost:  $50/child (15% discount for siblings).
