Are you a teen or do you have a teen that has become vegetarian or vegan? This class is designed to educate and empower you to provide and entire day’s worth of nourishing plant-based meals. We will focus on creative protein sources and other important nutrients such as iron and B12.

, Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Kelli has been a vegetarian for 27 years and also has a vegetarian teenage daughter.
Jennifer Leslie
. Jennifer is a Kinesiologist with a dietetics minor working with corporations, athletic teams and hospitals to pursue healthy lifestyles.
