What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented tea, rich in probiotics and beneficial enzymes. This ancient drink is thought to have many health benefits: digestive aid, immunity booster and detoxification enhancer.
In the workshop you will learn about the health benefits of kombucha, sample different batches, and go home with your own kombucha kit.

This workshop is taught by Kelli Etheridge, Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Kelli has been making kombucha for 3 years and is passionate about fermentation. Workshop takes place in Lantzville, BC.
