Jennifer Leslie
Graduate from Kinesiology, University of Manitoba, Minor in dietetics.
Health Promotion coordinator at Vancouver General Hospital and the Heart and Stroke Foundation involved working with cafeterias and schools to provide healthier food options.
In Nanaimo she has managed two restaurants and worked with the Cancer Society’s Healthy workplace initiatives.
Jennifer’s approach to food is as local as possible, right down to catching fish and gardening. Her passion for connecting others with healthier food options through cooking is the impetus for starting STIR Cooking School.
She loves cooking with others, learning new techniques, trying new ingredients and sharing recipes.
Kelli Etheridge
Kelli Etheridge is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist; she graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2013. She is currently working part-time as the nutritionist at Tillicum Lelum, in their Building Better Babies program.
Kelli is currently working on her first cookbook, Vegetarian Abundance, with her cooking partner, Erin Canty.
Kelli is Foodsafe Certified.
