Back by popular demand, this class will help you understand and pair the fragrant spices of India. We begin with a fresh, homemade curry paste, then apply it to an various dishes.

The evening will include beer pairings.  Vegetarian option available.

Pasta Cooking Class

Learn to make pasta from scratch with confidence.  Sarah will teach you how to make pasta dough into a variety of shapes, then pair them with classic sauces.

Delve into the world of Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class.  We will explore the rich, aromatic flavours of Mexican food featuring authentic ingredients.

Root Vegetables Cooking Class

Get back to your roots!!

In this class we will dig up new ways to celebrate root vegetables in our kitchens all winter long.   Bring your appetite as we will enjoy all our culinary creations at the end of class.

We will feature familiar roots in new ways and introduce you to a few of the other less-famous roots.

This chef demo class will introduce you to fresh and nourishing raw culinary creations.  Diana will share the health benefits of including more raw food in your diet and teach you the kitchen techniques that will inspire and empower you to try raw recipes at home.

STIR Cooking School wants to invite you to “stir up your kitchen” with healthy, creative classes for seasoned cooks and rookies.

We believe cooking is a vital skill connecting people to their food sources and each other.

Through hands on classes and demos you will be inspired to get back in the kitchen and cook or expand your existing repertoire.
